Delivery

Delivery Fees

For floral orders, island-wide delivery to residential and office areas within Singapore is chargeable at $20.00* per location (with additional surcharge for Sentosa, Tuas and Changi - see below).

Delivery Time Slot

  • Morning 10am-1pm ; cut-off order at 4pm on the day before

  • Afternoon 1pm-4pm ; cut-off order at 9am on the day itself

  • Evening 4-7pm; cut-off order at 12pm on the day itself

Any special delivery timing required eg. before 10am and after 7pm will be subjected to a delivery surcharge of $10.

Redirection/Redelivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time you stated during the order confirmation. 

Ina.Shea will not accept responsibility for late/non-delivery under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address 

  • No such person at the delivery address

  • Recipient not present during stated delivery hours at delivery address. 

  • No valid contact number given. 

A maximum of 15 minutes waiting time will be granted at the delivery location after which, our delivery driver will move on to do other deliveries. 

For redirection and redelivery of orders, there will be a surcharge of 

  • $20.00 per trip from the failed delivery attempt at the delivery location to an alternative address

  • $40.00 for 2 trips (eg. if delivery driver is expected to return to the shop with the bouquet and for redelivery the next day)

  • Redelivery timing is subject to Ina.shea’s schedule

No refunds will be given should the order be cancelled as a result of the customer not wanting to pay the redirection/redelivery fee.

To avoid a redirection/redelivery fee, an alternative option is to leave the bouquet/arrangement at the recipient doorstep if we are unable to reach the recipient. 

Our delivery drivers always try to put the flowers in a safe corner, away from sight and the elements. We will take a photo to prove that delivery was successfully done if this is the case. You may request for us to send the photo to you. 

Surcharges

Additional delivery charges for certain restricted areas is applicable, as a longer time and effort is required to gain security clearance.

  • Sentosa Island — $25

  • Jurong Island — $25

  • Airline Roads — $25

  • Army Camps — $25


Self-Collection

Customers may opt to collect their bouquets/arrangements at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our store at:

  • 14 New Industrial Road Unit No. #02-2A Singapore 536203

Should customer requires to change delivery to self collection or vice versa, a 1 day advance notification is required. Kindly drop us an email or whatsapp us at 91180343.


Orders

Kindly place your order at least 2 days in advance to ensure any specific flower request would be met.

Flowers are seasonal. At times, certain flower types or colours may be unavailable on the specific delivery day. 

This would mean recreating the exact bouquet or arrangement pictured on the website may not always be possible. 

Where substitution is necessary, we will strive to ensure that the final bouquet or arrangement closely resembles what you see on the website. 

We will go ahead and substitute with flower types of equal/greater value while ensuring that the look and feel of the bouquet/arrangement remains the same. 

While we take pride in maintaining the overall design of a bouquet or arrangement, however, there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

All items listed for sale are in Singapore Dollars.

Payment Options

For in-store payments, we accept the following: 

  • Cash

  • PayNOW

  • NETS

  • Credit Card

For online payments, we accept the following:

  • Credit Card: When you checkout via our web store on inashea.com, you have the option of paying via credit cards. Please follow the steps and key in your credit card details. 

  • Bank Transfer: Full payment has to be in at least 1 working day before your order is confirmed. Please transfer the full amount of order value and delivery charge to our business bank account as follows:

 We require full payment before orders can be processed for delivery. 


Workshop Cancellation Policy

Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We therefore reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.


  • To register for the workshop, full payment is required to secure a slot.

  • If Ina.Shea cancels the workshop 1 week prior to the commencement date, we will do a full refund.

  • If you decide to cancel the workshop 1 days before or on the workshop day itself, there will be no refund.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email hello@inashea.com or call 91180343 to enquire about a return/exchange. 

For perishables items such as flowers or fruits, Ina.Shea will either replace the bouquet/arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the item/s is returned in its original condition. A request for return/exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. 

Refunds
